Good sleep is a dream for many!

It is the next stage of deep sleep. Body temperature falls further during this stage of sleep. The amount of energy used by your brain also decreases. Muscle tone decreases slightly. It is the stage where a person may sleep walk.
Stage 5:
It is the stage of rapid eye movement (REM). Most dreams occur during this stage of sleep. Your eyes move rapidly to and fro and heart rate and blood pressure increase. Muscles of limb feel paralysed during this stage and your brain becomes very active and loses a lot of energy. Adults usually spend 20% of the night in REM sleep.
